This supersedes PlayIt_SampleInfo and PlayIt_Identify providing the functionality of both of them, some other things, and the provision for more.

		0	Read sound format paramaters
		1	Read text annotation
		2	Read pointer to filename currently playing
	R1 =	pointer to file name or 0 for currently open
	other parameters depending on reason code
